Full and Quick Synchronization Modes:
With Full Synchronization all Pocket PC contacts are added to A-book and all A-book contacts are added to Pocket PC. You can choose, which books in A-book you wish to synchronize. In Quick Synchronization mode (which is faster) Pocket Syncomatic synchronizes only changes made to contacts on both Pocket PC and A-book.
Conflict Resolution:
When the same contact in A-book and on the Pocket PC is modified between synchronizations, a conflict occurs. Pocket Syncomatic allows you to resolve such conflicts in one of three ways:
- Ignore all conflicted items;
- Pocket PC contact overwrites A-book contact;
- A-book contact overwrites Pocket PC contact.
Conflicts resolution may be performed manually or automatically.
Custom Field Mapping:
You can make changes to the field mapping between A-book and Pocket PC contacts. For example, you can map Home phone 2 on A-book to Home mobile on Pocket PC. Field mapping is preserved between synchronization sessions.
Automatic Categories Creation:
Pocket PC built-in address book has only one folder, and in contrast to A-book, it doesn't support hierarchical tree of folders. Pocket Syncomatic provides a flexible way to simulate A-book tree structure in the Pocket PC address book.

When exported from A-book to Pocket PC, each contact is assigned to a category, which is named like the book, in which the contact is located. As a result, it's easy to find and update information, since data is organized the same way in both A-book and Pocket PC address book.
